We will email you the subscription activation confirmation including your M3U subscription link within 24 hours after you place your order and make your payment. Usually, you will receive the above-mentioned email within just 1 to 2 hours after your order is placed and the payment is made but it might take up to 24 hours. Please keep an eye for our email on both your inbox and junk (spam) folders.

By default, we activate and deliver your service subscription in the form of M3U subscription link. If you wish to receive your service subscription in a different form (for instance, a MAG or E2 box subscription), please make sure to instruct us accordingly and include all necessary information such as, for instance, your box MAC address etc... in the next screen (the order checkout screen) under “Add a note” section. If you are not sure or if you have questions, please contact us before placing your order.

You can use your M3U subscription link on one TV (device) only at a time. Simultaneous usage of your subscription link on more than one device will result in your subscription getting blocked and cancelled with no refund! You need to buy a separate subscription (M3U subscription link) for each device if you wish to run our service on them simultaneously.
